The manufacturer, doing business as ABH NATURE’S PRODUCTS, INC, ABH PHARMA, INC., and STOCKNUTRA.COM, INC., issued the recall of all its supplement products pursuant to a Consent Decree with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The recall applies to all dietary supplement products manufactured and sold between January 2013 – November 2019.
There have been no reported illnesses or injuries. The manufacturer only contracts out for third party dietary supplement retailers and did not sell products directly to consumers.
Turmeric Guru has read the statement issued by fda.gov and it appears the manufacturer was negligent in maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices for several years. We suggest you refer to the fda.gov link copied above if you believe you may have been affected by this recall.
We are saddened to learn of this event and hope that none of our readers have had the misfortune of purchasing BE HERBAL turmeric supplement or any other brand sourced from the negligent manufacturer.
